Our expert guides will assist you in finding, identifying, and capturing stunning images of a wide variety of Costa Rican wildlife, ensuring an unforgettable experience in nature. This tour lasts approximately 2 hours, depending on the needs and preferences of the client.

Cruise through the world-famous Tárcoles River and get up close to Costa Rica’s top predator, the American Crocodile! This incredible experience offers the perfect opportunity to spot crocodiles and observe the amazing wildlife that thrives along the riverbanks.

After the cruise, you will have a unique opportunity to observe a variety of owl species in their natural habitat, including the Pacific Screech Owl, Ferruginous Pygmy Owl, Black-and-White Owl, and others. Led by an experienced and knowledgeable guide, we’ll explore two distinct areas known for their rich biodiversity and high likelihood of owl sightings.
Whether you are an avid birdwatcher or simply curious about the fascinating world of owls, this tour promises an unforgettable experience, blending education, adventure, and the magic of Costa Rica’s wildlife.

Before we embark on our boat tour, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

+ Obey the captains directions.
+ Keep your arms and head inside the boat at all times.
+ Remain seated properly at all times.
+ Keep your voice down, screaming is not allowed during the tour.
+ Do not throw garbage in the river.
+ Cancellations 12 hours or more before departure: Full refund (100%).
+ Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to departure: 50% charge applies.
+ Cancellations within 3 hours of departure: No refund.
+ No-show: No refund.
Children under 3 years old: Free.
Children aged 4 to 12: Child rate.
Over 13 years old: Adult rate.
