Before we embark on our boat tour, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the following guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
+ Do not run when boarding.
+ Obey the captains directions.
+ Keep your arms and head inside the boat at all times.
+ Remain seated properly at all times.
+ Keep your voice down, screaming is not allowed during the tour.
+ Do not throw garbage in the river.
CANCELLATION POLICES
+ Cancellations 12 hours or more before departure: Full refund (100%).
+ Cancellations less than 12 hours prior to departure: 50% charge applies.
+ Cancellations within 3 hours of departure: No refund.
+ No-show: No refund.
REGULATIONS
+ Children’s Rates:
Children under 3 years old: Free.
Children aged 4 to 12: Child rate.
Over 13 years old: Adult rate.
+ Company Responsibilities:
Liability insurance policies.
Guides and captains certified by ICT and MOPT.
Emergency plan.
Valid operational licenses and permits.
+ Compliance with Laws:
According to Law #9028, smoking is prohibited in public places.
Law #7317 on Wildlife Conservation, feeding crocodiles is prohibited
